Dipl.-Pädagogin Edith Hausleitner was trained a kindergarten teacher and worked at a nursery school for one year. Afterwards, she attended a teacher training college and worked for several years as a teacher after graduation. On top of that, she has gained experience in teaching German as a foreign language as well as in school management and the organisation of holiday camps. Since 2005, she has managed the event-planning company Fest im Griff.

Mag. Roland Humer, MA gained first experience in educational management during his university studies. Organising a language camp and teaching German as a foreign language, he cooperated for the first time with Edith Hausleitner. After graduation, Roland Humer worked for the executive board of WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). In 2007, he has established his consulting company Bildungsprojekte.
