How does a museum attract visitors? Which marketing channels can they use? Which concepts from for-profit-organisations can be directly applied? And where are the specifics of the art sector? What marketing do the Viennese museums? The students will find answers to these questions by working on a case study.

 

 

Time 1 week, organisation throughout the year
Accommodation:

Youth hostel Tulln / Danube - between Vienna and the Wachau region

German course: 20 lessons, topic: marketing for museums

  • German course according to the principles of Adventure Education: 20 lessons in groups of up to 15 participants, topic: marketing for museums
  • Excursion to Vienna
  • Daily leisure programs (e.g. informal chat with a manager, visits, sports, etc.)
